67th National School Games: J&K's Grand Sporting Spectacle with 4,000 Participants

The Director of Youth Services & Sports J&K made an exciting announcement while hosting a meeting about the 67th National School Games in the sports of Football, Volleyball, Judo, and Fencing. He said that an impressive cohort of 4,000 players and officials will be taking part in the upcoming sporting extravaganza. The community's enduring commitment to and love of athletics will be demonstrated by this event.

It was determined that all plans would be prepared in advance for the smooth and successful conduct of the big sporting event because officials, such as referees and medical staff, will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the seamless execution of the event. According to the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) calendar, the Department of Youth Services and Sports will host these four national-level competitions in football for under-19 boys and volleyball for under-17 boys in Srinagar, simultaneous competitions in judo for under-14 boys and girls and fencing for under-19 boys and girls in Jammu.

Teams from all 44 SGFI-affiliated units from various States/UTs and organizations are anticipated to compete in each discipline. District Youth Services & Sports Officers, Section In-Charges of various Sections of the Directorate of YSS, and Joint Director Kashmir Waseem Raja were also present at the meeting.
